Is it genuine amber?

What is a minimum order quantity?
Your amber lot can be mixed with diffrent grade, color and faction, but the minimum weight should not be less than 10,000 grams (10kg). Due to the fact that we ship via the regular postal delivery we are obliged to follow the local regulations. The custom fees in your destination country you will have to take by yourself, but the shipment and the custom fees in Germany will be paid by us.
What payment methods do you accept?
a) For new foreign customers we accept PayPal as a electronic payment method, but then you will have to pay the fee for PayPal (4,9%).
For example you want to convert 1,000 USD. Please add 4.9% PayPal fee to your amount, then the final amount will be 1049 USD.
b) For regular customers, bank transfer to our business account at the Deutsche Bank. Costs for the currency converting will be taken by
our company.
c) For our regional customers, we offer cash payment. We process your order and promptly notify you when you can pick up your goods.
How long will it take to receive my order?
After sending the goods, we send you the tracking number of your package.
Can I return the goods?
So the applications of the type: I need a stone with diameter 10 cm, thickness of crust 2 mm, 2 cracks are impossible.
Complaints of this kind: “I think,” “I thought” or “Why isn’t it a perfectly smooth stone” will not be taken into account.
But if you have booked the Baltic or Ukrainian amber yellow, and for some reason got blue Dominican your complaint will be
considered and addressed within 48 hours.To avoid confusion, make your order with care and correctly. If you have any questions,
