Processed, cut, polished, modified or altered material cannot be returned unless mandatory law requires otherwise or unless otherwise agreed in writing before purchase.

10. Lot review

Qualified buyers may request available lot details, photos, videos, weights, dimensions and commercial information.

Studio Amber s.r.o. may decline to provide detailed lot access to unqualified, unserious, unclear or commercially unsuitable inquiries.

11. Inspection

Personal inspection may be arranged by prior appointment in Leipzig, Germany, or Prague, Czech Republic, where commercially appropriate.

Inspection may also be carried out through an appointed representative of the buyer, subject to prior agreement.

Inspection meetings are reserved for serious professional buyers and may require buyer qualification, proof of funds, bank reference or other acceptable commercial verification.

12. Buyer qualification

16. No consignment
